• Has a defined measurement to monitor progress and achievement?
• Has a systematic approach to reward and celebrate success?
• Has a systematic approach or policy toward data collected and their usage?
• Has thought of similar realistic usage after the lifetime of the project?
• Has an implementation plan with clear deadlines?
• Has a follow-up strategy
