When reviewing your initiative have you thought about;

• How to avoid not making again the same mistakes which have been made in the past;
• How reviewing can contribute to create a culture of continuous evaluation and improvement?
• Ideas and options are discussed and shared; relevance for education is clear for everybody;
• Whether you are (cap)able to give a follow up on the different outcomes;
• Choices are understood and communicated to everybody;
• Preventing bureaucracy not to take over;
• Small but achievable steps;
• Document your progress as a kind of knowledge base;
• Inconsistency, which will ruin the progress made.
